Mick Hall

English born, Mick Hall has lived in Australia since a young boy.  His passion for flyfishing and fly tying and macro photography, specialising in Mayflies, has taken him to a professional level.

Mick is a Fly Fishing Consultant to Freshwater Fishing magazine and The Flyfisher and has also produced a number of fly tying videos/DVDs.   He has had articles published in international publications, such as The Flyfisher's Journal, London and the Art of Angling Journal.

INTERNATIONAL SCENE
On five occasions Mick has competed in the One Fly Event held at Jackson Hole, Wyoming, USA.   During the 1996 event Mick was fortunate to receive the highly prestigious and much sought after Peter Crosby/Dick Carlsburg award for Sportsmanship.   It was the first and only time this award has been given to a non-American citizen.
