Gwilym Hughes

Gwilym Hughes, APGAI, Hardy Academy Instructor has been tying flies for the past 50 years. He  represented Wales competitively at International level securing 17 Medals in the process and an array of trophies for his efforts. He secured the ‘Brown Bowl’ trophy (International Lakes Champion) in 1983 and the ‘Moc Morgan’ trophy ) Rivers International Champion in 1998, the first in the history of the competitions to achieve the double.
