Buglife

Buglife - The Invertebrate Conservation Trust is the only organisation in Europe devoted to the conservation of all invertebrates. We are actively engaged in saving Britain's rarest bugs, slugs, snails, bees, wasps, ants, spiders, beetles and many more fascinating little animals.
Unfortunately, many invertebrates are in danger of extinction. Over the last 200 years at least 230 species have become extinct in the UK. Currently, it is thought that at least 50% of invertebrate species in the UK are in decline.
Buglife is working hard to halt the extinction of invertebrates and to achieve sustainable populations through raising awareness and undertaking conservation projects. You can find out more about the work we are involved in, and how you can get involved yourself, at www.buglife.org.uk.
