The Association of Advanced Professional Game Angling Instructors, are delighted be putting on a full program of demonstrations and tuition at this years British Fly Fair International.

A program of demonstrations will be posted on this site 2 months before the event, with demonstrators names and subjects, to help you plan your time at the fair. I will also take pre-bookings for tuition at champsflyfish@btopenworld.com this way you can book a lesson with any of the demonstrators, on any aspect of fly casting. AAPGAI was formed by holders of APGAI in 2003 and is now a stand alone organisation, having members throughout the UK, Europe and the USA.

We have our own set of qualifications, Provisional, Advanced, and Masters, with a mentoring program for those wishing to progress, along the route of becoming an instructor

On our last professional development weekend, we had over 60 fly casting instructors from around the world, at Kenmore on Tayside.This shows the level of commitment, time and money given by our members. Helping to ensure that AAPGAI instructors deliver the best instruction possible to their clients.
